Lugger Bay

Located on the mountain overlooking Lugger Bay, this family getaway was designed to overhang on the edge of the hill-slope to maximize the views of the islands beyond.

An elevated wet edge swimming pool is L shaped and enters within the overhang of the surrounding veranda. This affords the opportunity to either relax within the shade or out from the tropical monsoon rains.

The use of natural materials such as guinea rosewood ceilings, feature stone cladding& bench-tops with heavy Australian hardwood timbers used throughout softens the building within its setting.
